HUNT PRICE INCLUDES:

South Africa airport
❖ Vehicle transportation during hunt

accommodations
❖ Service of tracker, professional hunter
and skinner
❖ Preservation of trophies in field
HUNT PRICE EXCLUDES:
❖ Accommodations and travel charges before
and after the contracted safari period
❖ Tips/Gratuities
❖ Trophy fees for additional animals
❖ Trophies
❖ Government tax (14% on daily rates)
❖ Specialty food items
❖ Trophy dipping; packaging and freighting,
(done by local taxidermists at client expense)

A deposit of 50% of the total daily rate is required to confirm a safari reservation. The balance is payable on arrival at the hunting area. Trophy fees are payable on completion of safari.

A refund of the deposit, less cost incurred, will only be considered if the client cancels 60 days before the agreed starting date and an alternative party can be booked for the safari.

Safari charges become effective on the first day of the contracted period and end on the termination date agreed upon. No refunds are allowed for late arrivals or early departures.

Payment should be made in either cash, traveller’s checks or bank guaranteed checks.

Wounded/lost animals must be paid for in full.
